Our Full E-Commerce System will allow you to have a full featured shopping-cart installed on your website. The shopping cart will be contained within your website’s layout and is secured by a 128-bit SSL certificate ensuring the safety of your customers.
Based on your needs, we will integrate our shopping cart solution into your preferred merchant gateway for live processing which will return a completed or failed transaction status. The customer and administrator will receive email receipts right away for their convenience.
When we install this solution on your web site, we customize it based on your business needs. This is not a template solution that we have tried to make usable for all businesses. Rather, we understand your business needs and customize our solution based on those needs to ensure your website best reflects your offerings.
Product Database Features
- Product data/pictures are managed using our product manager. Add multiple pictures, edit content using a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor.
- We integrate customizable product fields based on your product needs. Some products need more fields than a traditional shopping cart solution; we make these fields available to you.
- Each product and category page is given its own file, page title, and meta data. This is essential for proper search engine placement. For example instead of your product pages being dynamically driven with (product_id=322) in the address bar, our system will create a filename (gel_mouse_pads.html, or motorola_razr_phone_accessories.html). These are filenames you can create using our product manager.
- The products can be in multi leveled categories, or in all in one main category. Each category will have a physical file on the server with page header and footers that you can edit as you see fit.
- All product display pages (product gallery and product detail page) can be customized to fit the design of your layout.
- Product Search engine (for customers to search the products)
- If an inventory number is set, the shopping cart will keep track of inventory.
- Choose similar items to be displayed with a selected item. This is also known as “you may also like” or “shoppers who bought this also bought these”. You can choose 3-4 similar items that will be linked to each product on your web site.
- Product review history. Let visitors see a history of items they have seen on your web site without having to find them again. We can display the last 5, 10 or 100 items a customer has looked at on your web site, making it convenient for them to access those pages again.
Shopping Cart Features
- The look and feel of the shopping cart pages can be completely customized to fit the current style and theme of your site. This includes the shopping cart, the user input areas and the confirmation pages.
- Coupon Codes module. This allows a customer to input a coupon code and save on their order instantly. Administrators input customer codes based on dollar or percentage discounts. Set start dates and end dates for each coupon codes. Give individual coupon codes that expire after one use.
- Save my Cart feature is available which allows a customer to save their cart and retrieve it later. Email reminders can be customized to be sent when a customer saves their cart and sent on set reminder dates (15, 30, 45 days later).
- Shipping Options can be implemented however necessary. We have created customized UPS, USPS. FEDEX and DHL shipping rate calculators, tracking and shipping label solutions for multiple clients. Depending on your shipping needs, we will customize our pre-made solutions to match your shipping requirements.
- The shopping cart can be integrated with any credit card processing company for a seamless transaction.
- The shopping cart is secure when hosted on our servers.
- All transaction and customer input pages are on your website. When an order is processed a silent query is then sent to the processing company which returns a “Success” or “Fail” result. Our shopping cart then processes that to give the client a custom “Successful Transaction” page and email.
- All customer data (including payment data) is stored in your database and made available to you. We then keep track of which customers had failed, incomplete or successful transactions and the reason.
Administrative Features
- All products can be edited by you using our intuitive product manager.
- Assign file names, meta data, and page titles to each product and category.
- All content pages can be directly edited using our content management system.
- Add new products and upload pictures with ease.
- When an order is completed or failed, an email is sent to the administrator. This helps keep track of all transactions placed on your website.
- View all orders within the administration page.
- View incomplete orders of people who did not complete their order. This gives you a chance to complete the order for them, or call them to complete the order. We make available all the information we have collected from each customer.
- View / Edit Coupon Codes. Set dollar or percentage discounts. Specify start and end dates.
- Administrator can process incomplete or failed orders from the administration section.
- Administrator can create new orders for a customer with all the payment and shipping information pre-populated from their previous orders.
- Administrator can ship orders and input the shipping data including the shipping carrier, tracking number and ship date. Shipment emails can then be customized and sent to the customer notifying them that their order has been shipped.
